My brother pushed me into a runoff lagoon when I was younger. Since then, I haven't quite been able to get rid of the stench. I know it's purely psychological, but it's still there!

Emma is a genuinely kind person- she rarely has anything bad to say about anyone else, she's helpful, and she goes out of her way to make others happy. On the downside, she has OCD issues and is extremely afraid of germs, which particularly make relationships difficult. She doesn't like being touched, and has a very hard problem being intimate with anyone.

On that note, she still has feelings for Will- she's very sure she wants him, but she's denying it completely because she knows that she can't get over her issues in order to give him what he wants and deserves. Emma wants to get over her issues (and the fact that he cheated on her) so she can be with him, but doesn't forsee this happening, so they've gone their seperate ways.
